New Client Information
New clients are required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling your pet's first appointment. This will be credit on your account that will go towards your first visit. If you are not able to make it to any of your scheduled appointments please call in advance since we do charge a $25 no-show appointment fee.
Due to the needs of our current clients and to continue to provide quality care for our patients we are not able to accept any new clients/patients from the Fargo/Moorhead area at this time. We recommend establishing care with a veterinarian closer to where you reside. Thank you for understanding.
Payment Policy - we do require payment in full at the time of services. Accepted payment options: credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American express), Care credit, cash or check.
